BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT BELOW, THE PERSON ELECTRONICALLY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE/SHE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO BIND COMPANY TO THE PROMISES MADE TO End Lands Co. Ltd. IN THIS ADDENDUM. End Lands Co. Ltd. WILL RELY ON YOUR REPRESENTATION, AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES REQUESTED BY YOU, ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

To be a (Land Ends Company Limited - LECL.) client who will be purchasing products from Our websites.Customers or Client must first agree to the terms and conditions in this document (the "Agreement") . When you're making first purchase from LaptopCloset.com(Land Ends Company Limited - LECL.)



WHAT DOES THIS AGREEMENT COVER?

Legal Relationship. Our legal relationship and status is that You are a customer or client who makes purchase from LaptopCloset.com.  You will operate as a Customers or Client and you retain full rights in undertaking business with Us. When an order is placed by a Customer, as of the time the order is placed by the Customer We agree to immediately sell the applicable Merchandise to the Customer or Client on sale. and return terms set forth below, in exchange for the payments determined under the Payment Obligation described below, and at the time the order is placed by the Customer title to the Merchandise will pass from End Lands Co. Ltd. to the customer or client, Lands Co. Ltd. will  send you a confirmation "pending order" email. For sales to Customers located in the United States, title to Merchandise will transfer from (Land Ends Company Limited - LECL.) to the Customer upon delivery of the Merchandise to the shipping carrier or to the Customer at the port of entry during transit from the United States to the state, territory, province, or country in which the Customer's shipment destination is located.

Available Merchandise. Only Merchandise available are placed on sale at Our website.

Pricing. For each item of Merchandise, Prices are are allocated to items on sale excluding taxes and shipment.

Links. URL links and codes you receive from LaptopCloset.com will  allow Customers or clients to purchase Merchandise from (Land Ends Company Limited - LECL.) through LaptopCloset.com.


Shipping. As Customers place orders, (Land Ends Company Limited - LECL.)
 through LaptopCloset.com may charge the Customer a shipping charge for each item of Merchandise. Customers or clients must agree and acknowledge that they will pay Us the  amount specified on the storefront. Products are also shipped worldwide.

Export. (Land Ends Company Limited - LECL.) is responsible for the fulfillment of Merchandise sold to you(Customer or Client) , and are the primary beneficiary of the sales transaction for export purposes,We will be the Principal Party in Interest (“PPI”) for export compliance purposes. As the PPI, We are responsible for complying with any applicable Export Control Laws. If You are unable to comply with the Export Control Laws for any particular Customer order, We promptly cancel the order.We will be fully liable for any damages suffered by  failure to comply with Export Control Laws, and will fully indemnify and hold You harmless.

Refunds. We will not include the Shipping Charge as part of the Refund.And If Items are not returned within 72hours after purchase or we are not notified there will be NO Refunds made.

Cancellation. Once your card has been charged there is no Cancellation of Product Bought but when your card has not been charged you can Cancel the Order.

Returns. We only accept returns of Merchandise, if the Customer has requested a return within 4 days  after the date the Customer received the Merchandise. You will accept returns of Merchandise, as set forth below.

If the return is because the Merchandise is defective, the return right must be unconditional, the Customer will not be reimbursed for any Shipping Charges paid in the initial sale, and We will not be responsible for any shipping charges to return the Merchandise.  (You may, alternatively, choose to accept the refund for Defective Merchandise without requirement for the Merchandise to be shipped to you if you feel the cost of returning the defective Merchandise would outweigh any benefit of its return to you.)




Land Ends Company Limited - LECL. RIGHTS REGARDING INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

If we determine in Our sole discretion that sale of our Merchandise to Customers located in any particular country or jurisdiction, or the transfer of currency between Customers and End Lands Co. Ltd. or between laptopcloset.com and You, may put Us in violation of US Export Control Laws, International Export Control Laws, or of applicable Currency Control Laws, or if we determine that resolving any such potential problem will cost Us an unreasonable amount of time, effort or money, we may choose to refuse to make such sales or to cancel any outstanding Customer order by giving notice to You.
